Refunds, Replacements & Compensation

Folluxa sells digital social media growth services. Because our services are digital and may start shortly after checkout, refund eligibility is limited once order processing has started or delivery has been completed. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
1. Digital Service Policy
By placing an order, you request that we begin processing your digital service as quickly as possible. Once processing has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or cash refund, except where required by applicable law.
2. Compensation Instead of Refunds
If an issue happens with an order, our first solution is compensation through correction, refill, replacement, or service credit where appropriate. This helps us resolve service issues without delaying the customer experience.
3. When Compensation May Be Offered
- The order was not processed correctly.
- The wrong package or service was delivered.
- A technical issue affected delivery.
- There was a significant delivery issue that can be corrected.
- A refill or replacement is possible for the selected service.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- The customer provided an incorrect, private, deleted, or inaccessible link.
- The customer changed the username, link, page, or content during delivery.
- The customer made the account, page, post, reel, or video private.
- The customer ordered the wrong service or package by mistake.
- The service has already started processing or has been delivered.
- The issue is caused by social media platform changes, restrictions, or updates.
5. French/EU Digital Service Notice
For customers located in France or the European Union, consumer withdrawal rights may apply to distance contracts. However, for digital services or digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins or is completed with the customer’s prior express request and acknowledgement. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, they remain fully protected.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us at support@Folluxa.com. Please include your order number, the service ordered, and the link used for the order.
Our priority is correction first.
When possible, we fix the issue through replacement, refill, correction, or compensation.
